TOPS Planning Seminar 2007
Objective: To prepare and form TOPS core volunteers for Reading Literacy Program SY 2007-2008
Goals:
1. To equip volunteers with technical and soft skills needed to teach kids.
2. To familiarize the volunteers with the organization’s processes, policies and guidelines.
3. To present the TOPS organizational structure and involve volunteers in the different committees.
4. To build a camaraderie and teamwork among TOPS volunteers.
